Expendable Savior
A downloadable game for Windows
Your name is Antonio. You are a simple farmer. You just wanted to enjoy a quiet evening and say goodnight to your dog, Giorgio. Instead, you've been abducted by a bureaucratic alien who has just offered you an unmissable "unpaid internship" opportunity in deep space.
Your mission is clear: explore three unknown alien planets and extract 3 ancient gems. Why? To save an entire civilization on the brink of extinction, of course! Your reassuring new Supervisor would never lie to you about such an important detail, right?
Put on your (slightly used) spacesuit, ignore the tremors beneath your feet, don't ask too many questions about the unsettling steles carved into the rock, and, above all, pay very close attention to what hides in the dark. Your alien boss cares deeply about the success of the mission... and the local creatures care deeply about your flesh.
Will you manage to retrieve the three stones and survive your shift, or will you become just another corporate statistic?
Main Features:
- Low-Resolution Terror: A visual and auditory aesthetic faithful to the classic PS1 style. Low-poly models, pixelated textures, disturbing audio, and a thick fog that will make you doubt every single shadow.
- Three Lethal Worlds: Explore hostile and desolate planets, facing different survival mechanics for each environment (Okay, I lied, one of them is not actually lethal, sorry).
- Cosmic Horror and Bureaucracy: A bittersweet mix of the pure tension of the unknown and the ruthless gaslighting of a boss who treats you like pure expendable material.
- Canine Motivation: Face intergalactic horrors and ancestral threats with one single true ultimate goal: returning alive to Earth to pet Giorgio.
Duration: ~30 minutes
Dimensions: 3,38 GB
Available Languages: English, Italian

Thanks a ton! I just finished watching your video. I was wondering if the mechanics weren't intuitive enough, and if it might be a good idea to add a quick hint the first time you open the terminal? 🤔
I also saw that you missed all the ancient steles... Did you not see them at all? Let me know! If the environment isn't clear enough, I'll definitely push a patch to fix it. 😄
a hint could be a good idea but it could very well be just me being oblivious at times. Regardless i enjoyed your game and will be looking forward to what you create next!
Thank you for your feedback <3
